These Terms govern use of Lumen Hosting services provided by Lumen Digital. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

No uptime guarantee

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lumen Digital makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, availability, performance, security, backups, deliverability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your content, credentials, domain/DNS configuration, legal compliance, backups, and acceptable use of the services.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellations are scheduled for the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or hosting downtime.
