Refund Policy

Lumen Hosting subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance.

No general refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, downtime, delays, customer configuration issues, domain/DNS issues, or cancellation after renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access may continue until then unless terminated for abuse or non-payment.
